Come to think about it, I think it is very much a cultural question.. For example: you let people at the age of 16 drive.. I you look at statistics I am sure that is 1000 times more dangerous than playing in the front yard! And I don't think its more necessary to drive a car when you are that young! I guess I am just against over-protection of ´kids
