Hey I was just wondering if any news for Sopranos season 2+ coming on blu ray? My gf just got hooked on season 1 and would love to continue watching it on blu ray. But if there isn't any updates, I guess I have no choice but to rent Season 2 on dvd

I don't hate dvd or anything, but it would just be nice to own all seasons on blu ray ya know?

No news or announcements have been made regarding the release of the other seasons of Sopranos on BD. I believe they are expected...but no date as of yet.

I love this show, but I think their delays are not good business for this reason. I am sure they will lose future sales because people that want to continue on and watch seasons 2,3,4 and 5 won't have the patience to wait for the blu's.

I completely agree with that, considering the strong fan base Sopranos have.

HBO should have already released the complete series on blu. It may cost a lot but I rather pay for the complete series all at once than to have to wait for them to release them separate. If they are all not out by next year than I am just going to buy the complete series on DVD.

I ended up selling my season 1 set of Sopranos, it has been too long... I honestly think they may be just ready to say let's do a complete series BD set. WHen they release the complete series then I will buy it.

I want sex and the city also... but who knows about that show... releasing a season or so on Blu before the new film release would have been ideal.
