Default More anti-Sony and anti-BD crap from Rob Endele

http://news.digitaltrends.com/talkback159.html

Seriously where did this guy's pride go?

His last two articles.

1) Playstation, X Box and Wii: Why did Sony fail?
2) Optical battle over: HD DVD wins.

Seriously, it's one thing to be paid to write about why one format is better, but to be so blatantly bought by MS is a sad, sad thing.
Didn't this guy's opinion used to mean something?

Pioneer is running a commercial for their Elite BD player in his article

But I think it's a very smart (and probably very cheap vs doing ad campaigns) move to pay various editors and reviewers to write good stuff about your product and bad stuff about your competitors. You all know how well that worked out on AVS.

That guy is so full of it. It's waaaaay too early to say that Sony failed. Plus of course with Blu-ray thriving more and more, I think console rivals have something to worry about. This guy should "think" before making lousy statements.

While his article appears to point out the deficiencies in all three consoles, his argument against all three are weak. The one about the PS3 is the weakest, mixing up Sony's past proprietary formats with BD.

It doesn't matter. He has just been proven wrong with the latest sales number. PS3 sold 50,171 units between Dec. 4 to Dec 10 in Japan, while the Wii sold 85K according to Media Create Co. Both the PS3 and the Wii has outsold the 360 there. It's only a matter of time before the PS3 and the Wii kick the 360's ass worldwide.
