Anyone buy Blu-rays from Bay Street Video in Toronto? I suspect it has a pretty big selection. I remember that they sell a lot of rarer dvds.

What are their prices like for blu-rays?

I was there for the first time before the holidays. They do have a pretty impressive selection of blu's with some harder to find titles. It was before Christmas so I was focused on getting for others although I did sneak A Serbian Film in for me

Definitely worth checking out.

Love it too and they have done a great job during these times. Lots of restrictions to ensure safe shopping.

And was able to find Carrie and Escape from New York.

Not so much "deals" but they do have Daughters of Darkness 4K in stock, $54.95. They also had a few copies of Drop Dead Gorgeous for $31.95. I picked up both. Drop Dead Gorgeous seemed to be very popular since there were not many copies left and I went over the noon hour.

They also have John Williams in Vienna for $19.95.

Didn't get a chance to check out the price of The Flintstones.

I picked up Parasite today but didn't look too much at other releases. Though I did notice the "Last Starfighter" Arrow release was a decent price.

Stopped in Bay Street Video today. I saw that they had all five Halloween 4K sets (wow, they look gorgeous), including Part 2. $32.95 each.

I picked up Mommie Dearest; however, like a few of the other Paramount Presents titles like Pretty in Pink and Breakdown, it's not the deluxe packaging but the standard case.

Was pleasantly surprised to see these guys have a decent line-up today when I got there despite not being open for in-store browsing. Would have loved to look around, but still scored a pretty good haul and everything I got seemed to be at the lowest prices I've seen them in Canada with the 20% discount factored in. The Red Shoes will probably go slightly cheaper in the next UV Criterion sale, but I don't have to wait until July and I'd rather give these guys an extra couple bucks over UV any day. Everything except The Red Shoes came with slips. And every slip was in pristine condition with the exception of The Deer Hunter (but I was pleasantly surprised it even had a slip that I didn't mind).

I always like supporting BSV but I have purchased so much from them throughout the year I wasn’t sure what to get today.

I appreciate they put safety before dollars so it’s nice to see they get support.

Bay Street Video just announced on their Facebook page they got a "small top up" of the Ghostbusters Ultimate Collection Limited Edition.

Bay Street Video recently announced on their social media pages that they are now an authorized seller of Vinegar Syndrome items. I bought the 4K of Dead Heat with the limited-edition slipcover. They had a number of VS's box sets. They also had the new reissue of Drop Dead Fred.

They also had one remaining copy of the Ghostbusters' 4K ultimate edition.
