Default Life 1080p

I finally found Planet Earth in 1080p - even the David Attenborough BBC sets around here are 1080i - I might dare say I snagged the last 1080p in existence locally. I'm trying to find "Life" in 1080p... but all I can find is the Oprah Winfrey version, and when I do find a BBC/Attenborough version - it's 1080i.

How can I tell when ordering online that it's the one I want? Amazon doesn't seem to specify.

Nevermind, I found where it specifies on amazon. From what I can tell as long as it's the BBC/Attenborough version it's 1080p. Except "Plants" - which the box, and the review on this site, specifies is 1080i

It was shot in 1080i, and that is theoretically the best version.
And Life's UK version has Attenborough and is 1080i.
So I'd order the UK version.

The 1080p version looks better. Anything progressive looks better than interlaced. Good thing the US Attenborough edition is 1080p (with the exception of Plants)
