Digital copy - Change default browser?

So I have some digital copies I want on my PSP (Angels and Demons, Pineapple Express and Hancock) and I put them in my computer and set my default browser to IE...and it still gives me the same error. I followed the instructions on Windows 7, by going to Default Programs, clicking Custom, and clicking Internet explorer. It says "Applying changes" but doesn't save the changes. If I go right back into it...it still says "Use my current web browser" Anyone found the fix for this problem yet?
