Just finished watching Part 2. It has some soft spots, but once the action starts happening during the 2nd half of the movie, it's pretty awesome also.

Halftime, taking about a 1.5 hr break, then I'll watch the last 2.

Tell me something, HDDVD: What sets off the metal detectors first? The lead in your ass or the shit in your brains?

Audio sounds great to me, but i don't have a good sound system. Just one of those surround systems packages that you get at Circuit City..... should sound good on your system.

The first three were rated R so the chance of uncut versions is pretty slim.

Fists with your toes.

Has there ever been an uncut version of the first three? To my knowledge there isn't . . . Don't even know if it exists.

I think you're right. Not sure if Uncut versions were even filmed since the theatrical versions were already R rated.

Yes, there were some cut versions around...
but according to the site, Fox replaced those...

( but I´m not really sure about )

Die Hard

Die Hard 2

EDIT:

The first DVD edition of "Die Hard 2" was still cut, but FOX replaced it with a special edition, this time UNCUT!

Ok, it seems everything is ok now... (^_^) ( Heart-Attack!!!)

Looking forward to get those titles on Blu-ray now

About the header catch-phrase, though--
I have to ask: It makes sense in the first movie, but WHY does Willis's character still say it to all the sequel villains who aren't Alan Rickman Euro-snots and don't call him an "American cowboy"...

...Geez, that was seventeen years ago, John, let it GO, already!
