USA Anybody remember Circus Magazine?

I was going through some old boxes in my basement and found some old Circus Magazines. I thought it was a much better mag than Rolling Stone. Does anybody here remember the magazine I'm talking about? (it was devoted rock music)

I used to pick up Circus fairly religiously between '97-'99. That and Hit Parader . . . even though most of the time they didn't have much new news from month to month, and most of the time they seemed like they were just reporting on rumors that had already been reported . . . but, at the time I pretty much collected anything Nine Inch Nails, and Circus and HP seemed to have at least a blurb every month anticipating the release of "The Fragile."

I remember reading both Circus and Hit Parader in the 80's.

Circus, Hit Parader, and Metal Edge. I had pics from those magazines covering the majority of my walls and ceiling.

The good old days! A steady dose of Van Halen, Ratt, Scorpions, Crue, Ozzy, Maiden & Priest articles rehashed month after month! Great pinups to cover my walls and lyric sheets for my high school band binder. I also loved Kerrang back in the day and before them all...the ultimate rag for KISS fans... "16 magazine"! And then there was the girlier version...."Tiger Beat".
