if anyone can help me, i greatly appreciate it!!! I have an hdtv at home and i connect my ps3 via hdmi cable....but today i came to vist my family for thanksgiving and they do not have an hdtv. i knew that so i brought my component cables. however i am not getting a signal from my ps3 to any tv in the house, and their tv's are not old....so now i dont know what to do!! thank you again and long live BLU!!!

Change the output option to component, it's probably still set to HDMI. Check your display settings in the XMB.

Make sure that the PS3 is turned off (in standby, not the switch on the back of the unit). Press and hold the power button on the actual unit until you hear a second beep. This will reset the default video settings for you. Don't worry... it's just the video settings that it will reset!
