Default Jersey name !!

Do professional Soccer players always have their last name on their back? Thats what I always thought but then there were those such as Raul and Xavi. Kaka isn't even Kaka's real name. Its a nickname. WTF

I was thinking of ordering a Jersey. I was thinking of putting my first name...would that look normal?

Your name, a player's name.....it's all good! Do what you want.

I have about 25 football (soccer) jerseys and none have any names on the back, which is what I prefer.

How long have you followed soccer/football? Nicknames, first names, etc. have been on players' jerseys for many decades now. Where are you buying the jersey?

Yup. They look really great this season. Are you getting the Premier League patches too?

I prefer just the jersey by itself, i.e. no patches, numbers or names.

I have got a few without any names and numbers. This will be my first one which will have my name and a number.
