What is the current situation with ordering blu's where the image is clearly a steelbook and they then send amarays?

Can these be sent back free for a full refund/steel replacement or what?

no as they don't say steelbook in description they just send whats avaiable. Normally you can get shipping cost back if you contact customers support

Does it state that the product is a steelbook in the product description ?

You can return anything back to Amazon for a refund, they are one of the best companies around for that.

The thing is I am from England and can't read French, I am translating some of it though. I noticed it didn't say steelbook, however the image is clearly a steel (Jackie Brown/Pulp Fiction)

What is the email address to email regarding this and can I email them in English or do I need to translate before i send it?

PS. would the return postage have to come out of my pocket?

If it's an error on their behalf then they'll refund you the postage cost, if not then you'll have to pay to send it back to them.

If not try emailing Amazon uk and asking them for some advice with what you can do.

I don't think they've had the "Pulp Fiction" TFI Blu-ray Steelbook for awhile.

Amazon FR are a nightmare in my honest opinion. They stock both steelbook and amaray of several titles on their site. They admit to having both in stock but will not list them seperatley

Basically its totally random what the ordering system informs the warehouse picker to get. So if you end up with amaray, then you just send it back at your expense (about £1.60) and they refund you the cost of the title, they don't refund your return postage.

Just an update, i have recieved an email back stating they have both steel & amaray but when they are picked for packing they just pick at random (idiots), has anybody tried putting something in their details like address line 2 'steelbook only please' so when packing they will (hopefully) see this & pick the one you want?

Good thought but the peace of mind can be attained only if the package actually contains Steelbooks.
