What to do as a new seller? - Blu-ray Forum

Hi, I signed up for these forums back in June but I never started posting until yesterday. I have owned a video/dvd, well now Blu Ray rental store for almost 10 years. In the past few months I started doing business on ebay as I saw the popularity of Blu Ray movies rising. I understand as a new seller on these forums, many of my items will be under scrutiny due to the fact that thieves are abundant on the internet. I was wondering who I would have to talk to so that I will not have any problems? I have my ebay feedback, business license, receipts from my distributor, etc. that I can show. I just do not want to be treated like a criminal and have people make assumptions. Thank you.

Just start a thread in the trade forum, list what you're selling and for how much and give a link to your eBay profile so people can see your feedback.

yeah, what Gandalph said. for the first few transactions something I would suggest is if the buyers are really established sellers (such as myself, sleeperagent, JW etc.. someone who's been around forever and has a ridiculously high trading score) that you send the item before payment is sent to build trust. Not saying do that for everyone but new people can be treated very cautiously until you've built a good enough rapport
