too bad, you've missed out on a real gem...both the photography and scenery are beautiful, and the dialogue is a riot...plus, it has an outstanding musical score, as well as the greatest opening credit sequence in film history in my opinion...it's one of my favorites...

I was still relatively young when I first saw "Sheena" (hadn't yet hit puberty), therefore, my interest in her was not driven by sexuality...I just thought she was beautiful, that's all...

Me too, but probably not as long as it's in a goofy, oversized, box-set case with all sorts of useless junk in it...they'll drop the price, but not until they release the film by itself (without all the junk). Only question is, how long will it take them to do that? Hopefully sooner rather than later!

It's also possible that someone will get the individual release as an exclusive, like The Wizard of Oz when it was first released. This comes out right around my b-day, so if all we get is the set, I'll put that on my wishlist and unload the crap that comes with it if I do get it. Either way, it's going on my list.

Target most likely will have the standalone release. Since they were rumored ages ago.

No chance at all. There may be an exclusive standalone edition.

If not, expect to wait at least a year for a release without the extra swag.

If that ends up being the case, and the price of the box-set continues to hover around the $30 mark, many will just bypass the U.S. release altogether and import the UK Blu. That is of course, unless there's to be new bonus features on the U.S. Blu that nobody's aware of yet. Thus far, it seems to me that the U.S. disc will be identical to the UK disc, only at double the cost for all the useless crap coming with it...

Yeah, it's looking like the UK release will be what I get. Now give me a KK III release like this and I would wait in line for it.

I went ahead and placed my order with Amazon UK. I have no interest in all of the clutterish crap that comes in that boxset!

The ugly ass rating logo on the front of the uk cases is what keep me from getting most uk releases.

This is probably what I'll end up doing as well. I initially had placed an order for the UK version several months back, but then cancelled it for financial reasons and also in hopes that the upcoming U.S. release would have new features on the disc. I could see if there was a new documentary or cast & crew interviews, but it seems there's going to be nothing. The U.S. release lists the exact same bonus features that are on the UK Blu, which were the same ones on the DVD from 2001. The "making-of-documentary" is hardly that...it's more a 'featurette' than anything, and only runs about 5 or six minutes...people who are going to pay upwards of $30 for the U.S. release, when they could import the UK version for less than half of that, are just wasting their money IMO, unless of course, they absolutely have to have all that junk that comes along with the new box-set...

Now that's something I'd pay $35 for in a heartbeat! The set could come with a Terry Silver ascot (and I'd wear it everyday)

I'm not a fan of the UK ratings logos being on the front of the cover-art either...but if it's going to save me around $20, and I'm getting the exact same product, I can easily live with it

I've been invited to a wedding in a few weeks and plan to go all out with my Terry Silver look. Sports coat, ascot and top it off with a slick backed pony-tail.

Terry would be most proud of you...just don't forget the cigar and the book on 'sweep' techniques!
