No doubt. I am in for all but Law Abiding Citizen I think; but having never seen it, I'm holding off judgement until I read more reviews.

If I buy any of these I will not have any money left for Christmas shopping.

I really could use a winning scratch ticket right now.

here's the big question.......

Alliance releases never have anything but the movie. So i'm guessing these Steels will be bare bones releases. No extra's or menus or anything.

But the big question is........ will the titles be in english and also french??

Alliance is NOTORIOUS for putting titles both in English and French on the cover and the spine.

If these have English and French i'm passing on all of them

C'mon already... That's somewhat false: most Alliance features have extras. Only the ones that are exclusive to them (& have no US release) are missing extras. All of these new steelbooks will be identical to the US discs. Spines will be bilingual however, but only if there is a French language track on the disc itself.

It may be a good movie , but I don't know because as I said...it would be a blind buy. So far from what I've read it doesn't really do it for me, but I may give it a go.

This is the thing: you highly recommend it, while others don't...

I saw it once at the theater, and once on blu-ray, from netflix. I wouldn't highly recommend it, but it is a decent, enjoyable movie imo. It will keep you interested and guessing. You will probably be rooting for Gerard Butler's character too. I ordered 6 of these 10 steelbooks, and LAC is one of them. A History Of Violence, and Traffic are better films by a landslide, but I didn't order those, just because, I think they don't have as much replay value for me. So, anyway I think you should rent it at least. Who knows, it may knock you off your feet, and you may love it.
