I pre-ordered through Amazon as well (for the $20 gift card). Going to the midnight release at the local GameStop to pick up a copy so I can start playing as soon as possible. Then, I'll return my Amazon copy to GameStop when it arrives later that afternoon: win-win.

Going to be on at midnight Mountain time. I reserved the Halo Xbox at gamestop, and got permission from my wife to order the Legendary Edition on Amazon!

I am the OP. And I asked "Who's Getting it" Not who isn't getting it. I was looking for people to play when it comes out. That was my exact intention. If I had wanted both side I would have just asked for an opinion about it. It was a thread crap plain and simple.

It's like going into an any movie release thread and saying the movie sucked and you won't be buying it. Thread crap, plain and simple. I'm going to ask politely that you just delete your posts. If you want to make a thread about hating Halo/FPS you're free to do so.

Oh yes, I have a HDMI splitter to run it to my TV too, but I like the immersion feeling of FPS games on the projector.

lol, most people at first play as if its the sp. You have to remember everyone has the same shields etc. I personally haven't logged many hours but tend to do quite well.

Oh yes....it is very different. And I'm used to playing MW2 and Gears of War online......so Halo plays different from both of those.....I guess I just have to get used to it cause a lot of people still play it online.
