Default joe77 Lr/ht setup

Hi,I would like to share my HT setup with you it took me about a year to get it the way i wanted it i had bought all new speakers except for the mk's.The tables ,av stand, and ht chairs are new i know my brown couch does not match but i do have another 3 seater couch coming from pallisner that will match my ht chair except it is more couch like {its the pallisner dane couch]My adp 590's was my final purchase so now i have 7.2 surround and i could not be happier with the sound my setup produces. My next upgrade will be the oppo 83 bluray player and hopefully i will be done fora while.

I find the room's color to be interesting, and it matches well with other wooden elements in the room. The cabinets on your Paradigms are beautiful. Good job overall.

By the way, "for a while" is never too long away......

Thank you for the comment. The color is cypress by ralph lauren paints it it darker in person and it gives the room a warmer feel to it.My camera is a cheap digital so the colors are not 100% correct.

joe you have an Awesome System and Set-Up.

Love the multiple Subs(Especially the M&K)The bass must be incredible with Movies.
Also I cant say anything bad about Paradigm Speakers(Especially the Studio Series)Great Performers with both Movies and Music.

I can imagine that Blu-Rays are simply enveloping with the Great Gear you have.

Also some outstanding Video, Thanks to the Sweet HD Monitor you are using.

I am Thankful for you sharing your system with us.

There is about 2ft of space between the speaker and couch and the tweeter and midrange are visible so there is not that much sound loss. The new couch im getting is not a bulky and big so that speaker will be more visible

I just rated your gallery. Very nice! You mentioned you were looking for possible upgrades for the sub...do yourself a favor and check what SVS has to offer.

Thank you,The bass that the subs produce fills the room for sure but i do have them adjusted half way with a low tone so they produce a realistic sound.I had my system professionally calibrated so they all produce an equal sound.

Very nice setup. I understand your limitation, but hopefully with the new couch, things will improve.

You don't find that a little too high? My 60" plasma is 3' off the ground and it's probably the highest I would go.

my son was 3 when i bought tv 2yrs ago so i was worried that he would scratch it with his toys so i did go a little higher then normal but i seem to be use to it now.i had a 55inch widescreen box tv which he scratched n wrote on with crayons so i took precautions i can always lower it but a scratched tv would drive me crazy
