Well I remember having Hellraiser II on in the background during a Halloween party years ago and being asked to turn it off as it was making the guests nauseous.

Dead Alive is widely accepted as one of the goriest movies ever made but the movie is a comedy. The lawnmower scene near the end of the movie was awesome!

Oh man. Back in the late 80's some friends and I had a couple of Domino's pepperoni pizzas delivered, and we found it almost impossible to consume them while that movie was on, ( ) so we had to turn it off before we could finish our meals.

Ah...good times, good times.

Default Spoilers used to cover up specifics...

Hmm, let's see,
[Show spoiler]endless streams of arterial spray from various cuts and severed limbs (which in one case causes a legless character to levitate ), one chair made of human skin that urinates on people, all kinds of hideous mutations and mutilations, one crazy woman sticking a broken bottle in a guy's face and blowing said face out the other end of the bottle, a gun that shoots severed hands, people getting hacked up by katanas...yep, this is the bloodiest movie I've seen.
