Since it's not always possible for people outside US to import movies which are region locked, I wonder whether there is any significant difference in the same movie's different region release, especially picture quality-wise. Or are they always the same?
Is there a website for region B blu-ray reviews? |

Audio options are usually different. Video usually needs to be decided on a case by case basis(different masters, different codecs used, etc). I'm pretty sure the U.S. version of Hostel has better video than the U.K. Blu-ray for instance. So if you're looking for the optimal BD you need to read reviews of the different regions.
