They need to take that #1 High Class HD-DVD movie, and move it on over to Blu-ray.

He's saying that The Departed, like all Warner releases, is encoded to fit the bandwidth and capacity of HD DVD. The resulting encode is then ported over to Blu-ray, wasting Blu-ray's much greater bandwidth and capacity.

kinda like the ps3 and xbox 360 ports.........

I hate how we have to suffer because of crappy port overs from xbox to ps3 ing games to HD-DUD to BDs.
