Concert Posters!

I was given a set of prints that came off of a run at a printing plant, from a job they did many, many years ago. Most of the posters are 2 per sheet. I have no other background information, so I don't know if these even have some value, but I thought I'd share this trip down memory lane.

Wow John , Those are cool looking & from a long time ago . Are you going to frame them , If so would you separate them or leave them together

Hi Brent,

I'm not sure what to do with them yet. If I did frame them, then I would seperate them into individual frames.....costly process for sure, so we'll see. They would look rather cool!

That is still a cool find & I think they would look real cool as individually framed poster .

It is a cool find indeed, and I was very happy when I was gifted this.

It would cost me a pretty penny to get them framed though as they would have to be custom-cut and mounted.

Those are fantastic John! Jeez, what a trip down memory lane. Is one of those a poster for the movie Charade or some Hitchcock film?

Do you plan to frame any of them?

Hi Fred,

The Chubby Checker one is the only movie-type poster in the lot. I'd like to frame them yes, but I will need to find a good place to do it. They have to be cut and perfectly so, otherwise they'll be ruined. I'm gonna check out a few shops in the next few weeks to get some ideas as to the kind of frame best suited for these.

Nice posters John , funny the country band my brother played in , in the 79's .

They were in some city and you could add your name to any poster , so they added there band name with all the other bands on the woodstock poster and it was kinda cool .
