Yes, it was released by MediaMarkt. I got all that titles released by MM.

They aren't actually re-releases, it's just that MM's Contract for Exclusivity expired and they're then available on the free market. Nothing new, it happend before and it'll happen many times again

that's all media markt exclusives from publisher SONY. the 2 year exclusive contract expires ... so amazon.de will re-sell them
