FIFA 11 Online League? - Blu-ray Forum

I was just wondering what kind of interest is on here for a FIFA online league. Not really sure what the online league system is like but if we get enough guys I would love to start one. I am also not sure how well I would do as commish so any volunteers to run the thing would be great. I would like it to be a Serie A or international league but it all depends on the interest, if any.

If you can get a league together that would be awesome, I'm really not looking to run something with my schedule. I know there are a lot of guys on here that like to run the leagues, I'm just testing the interest. Would love to get something going.

Okay, let me know what time zones everyone is on so I can plan it a little bit better. I would be looking at 8-10PM (UK) time or certain day times, possibly weekends.

Ideally looking to play one or two league games every week to keep it realistic.

Possibly the use of only 4 star teams maximum, also to keep things competitive... If everyone agrees to this...

Okay. To take into consideration people from various time zones, a weekend will be the best. How about a Saturday or Sunday night at between 8 and 10 PM (UK) time??

What's the time difference?

Its between 6 and 8 hours behind, so 8PM would be between 12 and 2PM and 10PM would be between 2 and 4PM.

Depending whats easiest for everyone, I can do either a Saturday or Sunday, or certain nights in the week (these would change week to week though).

How does everyone feel about the times and days?

Count me in! Im in Ireland, so keep that in mind if inviting me to play.

BUT i dont think EU and US servers work together?? They are separate so we have to play others in the same region I believe..

I played people in Europe all the time last year (and got my butt kicked 90% of the time)

Really? Maybe it was FIFA 09 then.. cos the guys in the footy thread here were not able to play each other due to the region restriction.. weird!

I will probably pick Sunderland as my team, it would be good if we had no Man U's, Barca's etc. Keeps it nice and competitive...
