A review for The Exorcist I believe said that it was yet another steller catalogue release from Warner. Which lead me to wonder, what are all the other steller catalogue releases from Warner?

It wasn't Speed Racer that is for sure.
![]() or Hamlet. Seriously though KING KONG I think was top notch. Film grain turned off many.. but I think it looks incredible. Last edited by PowellPressburger; 10-07-2010 at 07:17 PM. |

Basically, all the Warner Ultra-restorations that came out on DVD years ago, which includes Amadeus, An American in Paris, Gigi, and those already named by Ripley.
(And we've still got Singin' in the Rain to go, as soon as it's clear whether Warner still owns it.) |

I'd say some underrated Blu-rays like Dog Day Afternoon, Bullitt and One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest look great. |

I'm going to have to say that Se7en should make that list since Warner technically did it.
A few others that I'm more than pleased about: The Shawshank Redemption The Green Mile A Clockwork Orange North by Northwest (worth mentioning more than once!) Beatlejuice I have to say that for me Warner sorta had a rocky start, but over the past couple of years they've really come through and impressed. I know you may be saying, "What are you talking about?" Well remember those days when Warner was giving us all those catalog releases with lossy audio and mediocre transfers, like The Fugitive and Goodfellas? They've come a long way since then.
