Default Marantz SR7005 or Pioneer Elite SC25 or SC35?

I'm looking to get a new reciever. I'm trying to decide between the Marantz SR7005 or Pioneer Elite SC35 or 25. what would you guys recommend? I have a Samsung PN58b860 tv, def tech bp7002 fronts, clr2500 center, and bpx rears.

Thanks for the help.

have you listened to your speakers connected to any of the receivers youre considering, I know BB Mag HT should have the Pioneer Elites there to listen to the Def Techs on. I had one of the Mag guys tell me they were expecting to get Marantz's but I haven't seen them yet.

Tough choice, I say see if you can audition the speakers with the receivers first then decide. See if a dealer will do an in-home demo for you. Many will.

I was considering the Pioneer and the Marantz as well. I agree with the above poster you really need to demo the receiver with your speakers to know for sure.

Since the 7005 has just been released, you may depending on your area, have trouble finding that exact model to demo.

The BB near me has received Marantz, but they only had up to the SR6005, not the 7005.
