Question THE KARATE KID PART 3 and 4

Now that Karate Kid 1,2 and 2010 are out, are they going to realease the remaining Movies to complete the collections? They still have The Karate Kid Part 3 and The Next Karate Kid.

Does anyone knows if they will make those 2 films into Blu ?

No word yet. Both are rather poor IMHO. Part 3 is worth about $5 and I wouldn't pay a dollar for part 4.

Karate Kid 3 is a campy adventure masterpiece, very good if not great, I want it on BD ASAP.

Not sure, but your grammar needs some work.

I would buy Part 3. It's not a great movie though, and it's Ralph's worst performance of the 3. Hillary Swank is twice as annoying as Ralph is in part 3.

I see you're not familiar with the Quicksilver method...

I agree, it is easily the best of the sequels. I think it is more deserving of a blu-ray release than part II. Plus, it has Robyn Lively (Teen Witch) and Sean Kanan (Hide & Go Shriek).

And one of my favorite things about it is
[Show spoiler]that he doesn't end up with the girl at the end. In the previous films he gets the girl, but then she's no where to be found in the next movie. I liked that it has the balls to deviate from the formula. And I thought they handled the end of their relationship very well.

I hope Sony decides to go back and release part III!

Personally, I wish that Sony had only bothered with "Part III" and just forgot about Parts I & II...not only is "Part III" the best of the sequels, it's better than all the other KK films combined in my opinion. I'm still aggravated with Sony for shafting the fans like that, I too hope they make the decision to release it in HD...

From what I know, there's been no news on Part III or Next Karate Kid.

I guess that's why I'll still keep my standard def versions around.

It would be nice to have the 'complete' set, but I don't think we will see 3 or 4 anytime soon.

Anyone have any solid information on these?
The trilogy would be nice.

Screw 2010's pseudo karate kid, it's kung-fu.

I still have yet to pick up Part II and I actually would buy Part III if it were to get a release on Blu. Sure it wasn't the best of the trilogy, but it wasn't "stab myself through the heart" bad as alot of ppl make it out to be. As far as 4 goes...I thought it was good for a rainy day, but it would be better off as a stand-alone release since it didn't involve Daniel. I'll buy Part II individually and with any hope...Part III will get a BD release so fans can complete the trilogy.

They could release Karate Kid, Karate Kid Part 2, and Karate Kid Part 3. Those are all the same writers. Part 2 should have had no special features.
