Default Panasonic 85-any good?

Well, I just got off the phone with BB. I thought it might be worth a phone call before going up to see if they would be willing to swap out my player without sending it out. At first the operations mgr said she could only send it out but that there would be no point if they could not replicate the issue. Since it really only happens with DTS HD MA I asked if they had that set up in home theater. They don't so they would not be able to verify the problem. Luckily though the person working in ht was the same guy that helped me when I went in a few weeks ago with another movie. He suggested that they just swap it out for me with a different brand. So the Panasonic is the one I'm looking at. Haven't found too many posts on it but maybe that is a good thing. I don't need wireless or 3D so those are not issues.

Anyone have any issues with this model?

I've had mine for a few months now and like it. Only drawback, if you consider it one, is that it uses a dongle for the WIFI connection but it's included with the player.

I use mine wired for Netflix anyway because my connection is unstable. Best Buy's service was great. Just came home with the Panasonic. I bought the Samsung in March so it was well past the return period. I think when the mgr went back and talked to the ht guy, he must have pointed out all the Samsung open box returns on the shelf so that is why she let me exchange it. There must have been 20 boxes of 5500 and 6500 models.

Now we'll see how set up goes.
