Default Rivers and Tides

A few years ago, someone did a documentary about the nature artist Andy Goldsworthy. It was called "Rivers and Tides". I thought it was fantastically filmed -- the photography was great. When I watched it in the theater, I was mesmerized.

It came out on DVD some time after that. And even though it was presented in wide-screen, it was done with a mask rather than anamorphic (or whatever its called). So the overall quality wasn't that great. I've been dying for it to get a good scan and get released on Blu-ay.

On Amazon they've had a link for it on Blu-Ray with a "notify me if this becomes available" kind of thing. Just last week, I got a notification from Amazon that it was going to be released and it would ship on Feb 22, 2011. Of course, I've already pre-ordered it

I just checked blu-ray.com and didn't see any listing for it. So I thought I would post the link:

http://www.amazon.com/Rivers-Tides-B.../dp/B0040LAHB2

I personally found the film to be fantastic. If you are into art and/or nature you might enjoy it to. I'm /really/ hoping they do a good transfer!
