She also could be on vacation or something. Who knows? You're always better off emailing, though, as opposed to PM'ing, as she mainly checks in here to let everyone know new announcements... and there really haven't been any announcements to make lately. But it's her personal store -- started selling DVDs on Ebay, then onto it's own site, and now with a partner site that deals exclusively with Blu-ray. There's not some customer service call center in India to take your calls. Anyway... all this just to say... I wouldn't worry about it. Everyone's entitled to a life off the boards. |

well, I ordered ID4 from the store like 2 days before the delay was announced. so I PMd her asking if I could switch out for another movie. she said yes. Now I've tried emailing to ask how and what movies I could do it with etc. Idk, I'd rather my money not sit there for 4 months until the movie comes out when I could have something I want now

Totally understandable, then.
But I would imagine you'll hear from her within the next couple of days... EDIT: Already two more posts... wow! Are you emailing sales@mortonbayblu-ray.com or another address? EDIT2: And I just got an email order confirmation a minute ago, also, letting me know my large order from during the sale had shipped (I had preorders on Harry Potter, so that's why it was delayed till now). There's always the possibility that the email is being picked up as spam by the mail servers. Most spam today is not filtered by content, rather the ip address of the sender's mail server.
Or she is receiving, but your mail server is blacklisting their ip address. It happens. I just checked my mail server's blacklist database, and the ip address range of mail.moretonbayblu-ray.com is blacklisted here. So I would not receive any emails from them either. I'll look at why later this week. Just to make one thing clear, the ip address range made it onto blacklists before the moretonbayblu-ray site was set up. In other words, call your email provider and ask if the ip address 72.29.85.243 is being picked up by any of their spam / blacklist filters. Last edited by dakota81; 12-10-2007 at 08:09 AM. |

Yahoo loves to just randomly start blocking messages from certain people. Usually anytime I hear someone complain about not getting emails, they use Yahoo.
