Universum Films Germany releases today the first 1.1 profile disc (with PIP commentary) worldwide, according to this report.

It is ironic that here in Germany it is still not possible to play the 1.1 function since the Panasonic 30 is not released here.

Neither is Sony's PS3 firmware update.
Btw, the movie "sucks", compared to the prequel :/

I think it's called "Neues vom Wixxer", wich would not be appropriate to translate in english

It's a german comedy based on Edgar Wallace movies.

Update on Wixxer? Rather odd title... Hopefully someone who likes this movie purchase it and try it on their Profile 1.1 capable player (something like the PS3) before and after a firmware update.

It's a german comedy based on Edgar Wallace movies.

(But hey, WE had to live with "Rumor Has It" as the first Warner new-release Blu...Just the darn luck of the wheel.)
