Default The Green Mile

Any information on this? One of my favorite movies.

Sorry, I'm still new and getting into the swing of things here

What are you apologizing for? That's a fair question and this is a place to learn and ask questions.

Really hope it will come to Blu. I really don't see any movies being released soon that I would really want in my collection. Especially since The Song Remains the Same got postponed. Maybe the Simpsons movie though.

Definitely want GM in my collection..worst comes to worst I'll buy it on DVD.

I think Darabont needs a lot of loving. He's pretty much shown that he can bring King to the big screen without compromising the majority of the story and make it a pretty good flick.

GM is a great movie! And since it is a Warner movie I don't mind waiting until they ditched the other format and give us a BD optimized encode

it would only be on one disc on BD correct? because I think the DVD required two disc's and that was annoying so I never bought it, hahaaha

VHS required 2 tapes (I almost wrote "needed 2 discs")

Green Mile is Warner (always Warner ...)

I'd love to have it too and with that, the Shawshank redemption if you please.
On Blu only of course

It wouldn't fit on HD-DVD! 189min will take every bit of 50GB.

I would totally buy Green Mile and Shawshank the day they came out, even at full msrp. Shawshank is already a double-dip, might as well go for triple.

It's funny, the original DVD release of the movie was on a single disc. The new special edition is split up over 2 discs.

Yeah, SSR is a classic. That movie never gets old. I can't wait to see it on glorious BLU!

Green Mile is another classic. Made me cry at the end. Another instant buy.
