Miley Cyrus Goes Public With New Man Avan Jogia — See Her Birthday Party Hookup!

Remember when we told you things were heating up between Miley & Avan? Now we’ve got the photo to prove it!

Miley Cyrus is over ex-boyfriend Liam Hemsworth… and under new boyfriend Avan Jogia! No, seriously. Just look at this photo taken Nov. 20 during Miley’s 18th birthday party at Hollywood hotspot Trousdale. Avan literally climbed on top of her as the two got hot and heavy on a couch at the infamous club. It’s a good thing Billy Ray Cyrus was a no-show at Miley’s soiree, or Avan might not have made it out alive!

HollywoodLife.com broke the news that Miley, 18, and Nickelodeon star Avan, 18, were “hanging out and getting closer,” but no one could have predicted just how close they would get at Miley’s big bash.

Her birthday is TODAY, I imagine he will be there for the real festivities and that's what matters in the end.
