And looks...okay: Like Christmas Carol, Z-Mocap still can't create real facial characters the way even Dreamworks can, but at least this looks sort of halfway between the "creepy" blank design of Polar Express and the "rubber Disneyland suit" cartoonishness of Monster House--Basically, "What if Zemeckis made their own movie on 'Monsters vs. Aliens''s old spaceship sets?"
Darn, just as they finally seemed to be getting the hang of it, too.

Yup looks like it might be the worst animated Disney feature since Home on the Range.

Had hopes for this movie and it sounded like a cool concept but after seeing the trailer I will be skipping this movie. Could barley finish the trailer it was just so bad.

They played the trailer when I went to the Imax to see Harry Potter. I was blown away by how thoroughly uninteresting it looked.

Kinda funny. I got a few chuckles out of the trailer. Didn't think it looked all that bad.

This surprisingly looks like a thought provoking film on the study of how the role of a mother affects the newborns of not just the human species but a brand new species. It looks like a fun journey that will make you think and have an enthralling time watching it. Disney always makes these clear-cut films that will have mass-appeal across the board of not just kids, but adults alike. The humor seems witty, the storyline and concept seems interesting, the animation looks spectacular, and this is my most anticipated film of 2011! I can't wait! Based on the trailer I can probably guess
[Show spoiler]LOL JUST KIDDING! THE FILM LOOKS LIKE GARBAGE.... OMFG. I saw the trailer on the big IMAX screen at my screening of the new Harry Potter film. This looks absolutely awful.... What is wrong with you Disney? You guys are so much better than this! I hope this bombs!

A) Even though the movie is technically about as "Disney" as Christmas Carol they HAD to put their name on it as their last hope of selling clearance goods, since their own name had a lot more prayer of selling it more than Z's name ever could,
(Although the fact that Zemeckis didn't direct this one, and this was going to be ImageMover's first new non-Zemeckis "studio" film from an actual qualfied animator, is the one good thing you could say about it),

and

B) I'd SEE Home on the Range long before I ever saw a Zemeckis film, and I ain't being facetious:

(C'mon, the Lilo Wars have been over for five years, and we got Tangled coming out next week; quit hiding out on the Pacific island...Now, if you'd said "Worst since Chicken Little", then we'd be talking about Disney with no one else to blame. )

It looks pretty awful.

So, they are assuming that Fogler is the next John Candy? That character looked exactly like a CGI cartoon version of John Candy.

No, that's the other Zemeckis, the one that made real films.

...Would you believe, the Bloom County guy?

(It started out as a children's book, but then, that's what they claimed about Polar Express, too. )

That was Seth Green?

I was wondering why the voice was weird.
