We Need an Adult Forum

I notice there is a selection above that says movies, on the top of the page. When I click there I cannot find an adult section for movies. There is action, adventure, animation, etc..I think it would be a good idea to make an "Adult Section" or maybe it's own section on this web-site. Anyone think of this for this site? Maybe it was an idea and it got turned down but I don't know for sure. Genre's of all sorts is great for everyone when you look at it.

By "Adult" i'm assuming you mean porn?

I think that's pointless since no-one watches it for it's in depth quality of acting or anything.

Plus most computer nerds need to get out and get a girlfriend!!!!!!!!!!

Computer nerds? LOL. I'm talking about Blu-ray Adult titles and also when you follow the Movie link above it does not state the quality, acting > rating for current movies. So that's why I think it's a good idea just to see what titles are out when you do click on the link. Adult > Porn, you got that right. You make it sound like I'm talking about downloadable porn or something when you say computer nerds. That's funny.

I'm sure the only breasts most on here have seen in real life are in KFC buckets.

But that aside, the reason BR don't put an "adult" section on the films is in case kids click on it. I'm sure we know the porn film titles aren't exactly subtle, so Blu-Ray wont want loads of parents complaining that their kid has gotten the ide of "Anal Fest" or something form the OFFICIAL Blu-Ray site.

It'd be great for HD-DVD to use as propaganda.

That's something which wont happen probably ever (publicly- there will be a sort of newsletter where you prove your age or something probably) until Blu-Ray becomes the only blue-laser format.

Apparently, there is a big audience on this forum who like porn/gay porn and are interested in discussing it. Since Wickywoo gave me quite a licking in regards to what I posted in this thread, can we please corral all threads pertaining to this matter into a subforum within the Blu-ray movie area?

We have a:

Blu-ray Movies and Releases(Europe)
Blu-ray Movies and Releases(Wish List)

how bout adding a
Blu-ray Movies and Releases(Adult Related)

...you guys can have at it without jerks like me going in and telling you how wrong porn watching is....it would make everyone happier...I promise!

And don't come in this thread accusing me of being overly righteous, because I'm not...I just think the way it is right now is not o.k and has lead to some unneeded actions taken by the mods...

I think what went down in the gay porn blu-ray thread had nothing to do with gay aspect of it...but, I feel the mods laid it down thick on that thread so that it didn't get out of hand...and this is the internet and it would have gotten out of hand...thats just the way it is.

So, please take this as constructive criticism and a way to make this forum more peaceful..it is my olive branch to the porn watchers here.

The gay porn thread was started because of insensitivities to the Brokeback mountain thread that asked about the picture quality of the film in the European release section. Personally, I found it well played, as there have been several threads started about straight adult films in the last couple months. If certain forum members hadn't crapped all over the Brokeback mountain thread, we wouldn't have gay members feeling as if they need to fight back!

Just my observations in the last few days.

And, thats all fine and well...I'm just asking that they be kept in a neat area up at the top...kind of how if you want to rent a porn flick you need to behind the curtain...IDEA!!

You might think homophobia is "just the way it is", but it isn't and shouldn't ever be. Homophobia is no different to racism, sexism or ageism. If someone hates gays and feels the need to share that with people, then go tell it to someone who actually cares, like a psychiatrist for example. No one here wants to hear about it. No one.
