TV series worth buying. - Blu-ray Forum

Hi all.

I'm looking for some help in picking some tv series. Looking for them to have at least two seasons completed. I only have Battlestar Galactica and seasons 1 and 2 of Breaking Bad and Lost so far. I like all kind of shows, comedy ,action, suspense , British. Pretty much anything. Thanks for all your suggestions.

I want Dexter, but missed it when it was on sale,waiting for the price to drop again. Will check out Serenity and V. Not sure about Star Wars: Clone Wars , how many seasons is that in?

3 seasons. Amazon JUST had a gold box deal where you could get all 3 seasons for $27.99. The deal comes around every so often.

Is Heroes still running ? Tudors watched the first couple of seasons and stopped, gonna have to think about starting again. Weeds, not sure, I see it gets great reviews. But what's it about, just some lady who sells weed? Not sure how they pulled six season out of that lol.

Depending on your age,Parker lewis can't loose.Oldie but goldie

Mind,those are only out on DVD.

Because the show went sharply downhill after the second season.From a 6/6 it went to 3/6 and worse

Dexter (still on-going)
Weeds (still on-going)
Mad Men (still on-going)

On DVD there are just too many good series to list, but you could try some of the HBO stuff such as The Sopranos, Six Feet Under and Curb Your Enthusiasm, especially if you can pick up some good bargains at Amazon. And of course, there's Seinfeld!
