This forum is no different than any other forum here. Please follow these guidelines and don't create more work for us. I am not the only mod here so don't assume I merged something and send me hate mail. It was merged because there is an existing thread and you didn't put your post in it.

Region B deals, these are prices decreases, Buy one, get One and anything else that is a savings belongs in the Region B Deals forum, not here. If you have a question about an existing movie, search for the thread first.

Yes, not a bad idea as there have been a number of duplicate threads and/or threads being started in the wrong places.
