Default The biggest Blu-ray collection?

A huge Blu-ray Collection :

From a guy of Neogaf forum.
It is not surprising that the sale blu-ray surpasses that of HD-DVD
Can you do better ?

I'm sure others have more, I remember seeing another thread where guys had upward of 200 etc.

I don't have a pic of my collection but I have 178 and counting.

Hehe That looks to be about 100 titles. Good Job

As far as being the biggest collection though, I have over 200 myself and I'm far from having the largest collection. Some of the members here are at 300+.

Check out the thread on here someplace regarding the 200+ club, 300+ club etc.

Are there really 300+ Blu ray movies out worth getting? I would suspect those collectors are more the "if it's on Blu I'm buying it" with not much concern whether the trasfer is poor or the movie is bad.
I have 120 Blu rays and while there are still a bunch I want, the shelves are also filled with ones I have zero interest for both the reasons listed above.

I'm very picky with my selection because I don't make that much money, I only buy movies that I'll watch more than once, and avoiding repeated mistakes like investing too much into it and then later find out something better is coming out.

Same here. Unless something is cheap, or BOGO, I'm not blowing all of my money on movies like "Crank", even if it is Blu-ray. You guys can brag about owning 200 all you want, I'm guessing that 100 of those are horrible movies with excellent picture quality.

What I want to know is how he can have all of those Blu-ray movies that are not in alphabetical order That is something I must do. I can't stand things to be all screwy and out of order.

*After looking closer, I noticed he has "Vacancy". See, that's what I mean. How can you be proud to own that? Is he really going to watch it over and over again, or at least enough to justify having paid that much for that movie?

My biggest hobbies are movies, computers, gaming, cars.

I went all out on my new house and have a dedicated theater room, so I figured why not get the most of the theater with lots of HD movies?

I watch on 159" 1080p screen.
