Question: Paramount Blu-Rays

Has there been any other Paramount Blu-Ray movies that have been discontinued like Shooter? I was able to find a copy of Shooter at my local Best Buy today, and saw what other movies they had available and it kinda of concerns me if I should get em while they still are available.

Black Snake Moan I can think of off the top of my head, picked that up a few weeks ago and its Paramount

If there are still copies of Paramount Blu-rays around the place they must not have sold too well. Given that they stopped pressing Blu-ray about 5 months ago (correct me if I am wrong, I can't remember how long ago they went HD DVD exclusive).

Hmmm..if you like the movie, then get it. There are hundred of thousands copies of the movie in Blu-Ray that you can still get it on Ebay for the same price.

If there was only 100 copies around, then it will probably be worth $100

ALL other Paramount Blu-Ray movies have been discontinued just like Shooter.

They all got stopped at about the same time. Paramount titles still available because they haven't sold out.

I picked up a copy of THE UNTOUCHABLES the other day at FYE. They also had SHOOTER, THE WARRIORS, COMING TO AMERICA, FOUR BROTHERS and some other Paramount titles. The one I really wanted however was SLEEPY HOLLOW but that was gone. I am assuming that most of those are gone now because they are closing that store in the next few weeks and they are transferring all of the Hi-Def media to another site.

if it's not available anymore, you might want to try overseas. This is probably my last post before I'm off...... to Singapore/Jakarta/Bali

I'll let you know how blu is doing there, and the availibility of paramount blu titles. (last time, I still saw Mission Impossible)
