Profile 1.1 movies - Blu-ray Forum

Now we get fireware 2.10 for our PS3, and we thanks to that, we have a profile 1.1 blu-ray-player ... beside a awesome gaming console.

I would like to know witch Blu-ray movies are supporting profile 1.1 ... I have to order some more movies

... If there already is a Thread about this topic, please feel free move this post

yeah i'm glad to hear about the update coming for the ps3... as for titles using 1.1

jan.2008 i believe has all of profile 1.1 movie 3:10 yuma,War etc.... i gotta look into it more....

I just ordered 3:10 to Yuma ... maybe I pick Sunshine up later this week

The Danish version of Sunshine is probably like the UK version and doesn't have PiP / profile 1.1. It's the US release next year that will have it.

But I hear some titles will also support 2.0, internet features in January as well! Will any of these? And will any player support it? Still unsure if this latest update for the PS3 includes that or not.

from what I've read, though ps3 is 2.0 capable it isn't 2.0 ready. In other words, sony still has to write the program that allows the ps3 to take advantage of 2.0 movies. So it will take another firmwire update to get us to official 2.0 mode.

"War" will have a online game on it...
