Bd-p1400 owner' s please help - Blu-ray Forum

I sent the original upc--as requested--to Buena Vista offer. Now I see samsung has an offer for 3 more free movies and is accepting photocopies. I have my reciept, but no upc. Would someone please fax me a photocopy of thier upc from samsung bd-p1400 please.

You could always go buy another one, photocopy the box and return.

that's alot of trouble considering this fine blu-ray community I am a part of and the relative ease of faxing. Between Christmas and the overhaul of my home theatre, i do not have an extra $400.00 at the moment, and will not until after the new year.

I did this with my BD-P1400:

I sent the original UPC in to the BVHM offer for 5 free. Then I also did the Samsung rebate with another copy of the reciept and a upc sticker that was on the box as well. Look around, I believe it was almost right next to the original UPC from the box. I made sure that I cut the sticker off of the box, not just peel it off. Thats what I sent in and it worked like a charm, 8 free BD's for me!

Safety tip: Keep a copy of EVERYTHING you send off for rebates. They are notorious for getting "lost".

I bought my db-p1400 last night from BB I got the 5 free offer, but how can I go about getting the other 3 from samsung help a brother out.

There are two barcodes on the box. One is printed directly on the box, the other is a sticker on the box. Cut both of them out, send one to the 5 free offer, and then send the other one to the samsung rebate. That's what I did and it worked for me.

is says a photocopy of the UPC IS acceptable so no need to cut both or peal one off.
when I sent in for my 5 free movies I cut the small one with the bar codes off but still have the sticker upc attached to the box. which I think will work better as a photo copy.

Hi All
I am new on this site, I just purchased a samsung DB-P1400 as wel as samsun 52inc LCD...I have no idea how to get the 5 free movies, can someone please advice. I also got rid of my boxes and of couse did not save the UPC. I do have the receipt of purchase. Can I still get the free movies?

Please please help, I would love to get the free movies, Thanks SO much in advance.
