Customs-wise you will need to check that on your end. Your country's import policy will be the thing that determines how your package is assessed. Sanity will declare the value of the items in Australian $ excluding shipping and then your customs will apply their policies when the package arrives for clearance.

As for the packaging, I've only ordered from Sanity twice however they were orders of three or more items and they shipped in a cardboard box. You may want to check with other international purchasers to determine if their packaging differs internationally though as some retailers do (eg EzyDVD has shipped SteelBooks to me in bubble mailers, but all their overseas orders are boxed! )

They normally don't offer discount codes. They do have sales though with special deals from time to time.

Hi guys still trying to find out how good these guys are with packing cant seem to find any forums with the info, also wanted to know i found the following below:

Blu-Ray Bundle

Due to the large size of the Blu-Ray bundle there will be a flat shipping fee of $15 per bundle purchased.

International Shipping

Sanity.com.au uses Airmail for all international orders.

International orders can be expected within 15 business days after shipping depending on the postal service in the country of delivery. When ordering for international delivery please note that unless otherwise stated all DVDs and Blu-ray discs on Sanity.com.au are formatted for the Australian market: PAL format and region 4.
International
1 - 3 items $5
4 - 5 items $9.99
6+ items $9.99 then $3 for each additional item

What is a blu ray bundle? i take thats not a boxset is it?i added a box set and another item that probably as large as a boxset and i get $5 shipping to uk is that right?puzzled on why they say $15 bundle above, whats that for?

Once i am clear with that i can then maybe place an order, probably be hit with customs but cant find the items any cheaper i want and they are not available anywhere else too,who knows they might get through customs without a charge wish i knew how they ship to uk,some sites are customs friendly, wonder how these guys are.

blu-ray bundle sounds like one of those Warner boxes, that usually include about 4 or 5 titles.

so say the likes of mission impossible box set, shrek, harry potter not sure if available over there is this $15 on top for the likes of these, very confused, and say for example something like i am legend boxset not that the above titles are what i am after just an example, just unsure of this means bundle as stated, wierd thing is when i out items in basket and am in checkout it says $5 shipping, and i can then pay with card or paypal,i take this is the right shipping cost?what would the chances be of them trying to charge me more after or them saying to me ifs more to send,I thought the above siill items would be classed as bundles?as a box set has 3 or 4 titles in it and another set can be as big as one but is just big cause of extras included.
Just dont wanna be charged the extra if i can as its $15 each item extra for shipping, very confused, help if anyone know or has order in past

Your answer is right there in their shipping help:

http://www.sanity.com.au/help/Shipping

This Blu-ray bundle you are seeing is noted there, however if you look at the link you will clearly see that it is something that is related to Domestic Shipping.

The international shipping section clearly states:
Quote:
International Shipping

Sanity.com.au uses Airmail for all international orders.

International orders can be expected within 15 business days after shipping depending on the postal service in the country of delivery. When ordering for international delivery please note that unless otherwise stated all DVDs and Blu-ray discs on Sanity.com.au are formatted for the Australian market: PAL format and region 4.

International
1 - 3 items $5
4 - 5 items $9.99
6+ items $9.99 then $3 for each additional item
Therefore if your order only has $5 shipping it would indicate you are buying 1-3 items. I'm not sure why you would be concerned about a $15 charge when it's in the domestic shipping section and your shipping charge clearly matches up with the information on the FAQ page.

In other words: It's OK to order.

Thanks for the update thats ok then, now its should i order cause i worry about how much fees i get with customs, both items are not available yet in uk,one might be later but dont know when the other only in oz,but importing this and getting caught by customs would suck a little,i wonder if its better to get each package sent on its own or both same time,as i do save on one postage if sent same time,
And i suppose if i did get caught by cutoms i would not have to pay twice and also would maybe not have to pay twice to royal mail who sometimes charge a fee also which can be more than the customs charges.
