Talking Where's Home Alone 1 & 2 on BD? It's almost Christmas!

You should be ashamed of yourself Fox, this needs to be out already! It's not fun watching my pixelated DVD(s) anymore!

Fox probably doesn't care about Home Alone as it's not even on their list yet

(1) Never watched Fight Club
(2) Couldn't care less about Aliens

I bought The Pursuit of Happiness, Happy Feet (worse purchase of my life!), The Wild, and a host of other movies, not to mention HD-DVD movies, but Home Alone is one of the all-time classics and did extremely well in theaters.

While I hate Home Alone with a passion, it did create a cultural phenomenon when it came out. Who doesn't immediately think of Home Alone when they see someone do the hands on the face with the mouth wide open thing.

I could probably quote most of the lines in the movie.

When I was a kid I even used to have a Home Alone 2 poster on the wall. Ironically, I cannot stand to watch "A Christmas Story".

This explains your weird taste, lol.

Fight Club is one of the best movies ever. Home Alone movies were good... when I was a kid.

Those movies are cultural classics but I really dont look forward to them on BD.

Is either House (TV) or Dexter (TV) on BluRay yet?

I don't think the demand for Home Alone is high enough for Fox to release them. If they were release on Blu-ray, I won't buy them .

It is a holiday movie.. that is why. Home Alone is a Christmas time staple for a lot of people and families.

These movies will only be released once blu-ray becomes the standard. Same thing goes for Star Wars, LOTRs, etc. Nothing until then...
