Yes; White DS3s are available.

I'll have to get a white one myself as well as the green one to finish out my selection; I've all the others (Black, Pink, Red, Blue, Silver) other than system pack-ins.

Yup. I bought mine at Best Buy. They were only available in Japan for a long time until recently.

and to Nielsb90: I agree, the silver looks like crap. It looks cheap to me. White is the best color.

I really like the white one too. Though I wouldn't buy a new controller unless my current one stopped working and so long as I still use my PS3. I'd only buy one if they do in fact make one for U3 that looks good enough and isn't too expensive.

no, the ceramic white DS3 was available in Japan from the start of the DS3. I can't remember if they also debuted a white PS3 at that time or if it was later.

But anyway, my first DS3 was a ceramic white import from Japan, as soon as the DS3 came out there. Like 5 months before the U.S. I also imported a satin silver DS3 from Japan, because that color was available there first.
