Hey guys has anyone ordered from the above site? Are they reliable? How long does shipping take? And is customer service good? They are a bit expensive but I want a quick turnaround on some American blurays they have.
Cheers technique

I have been ordered few times from them. My exprience all good with them. It takes 7-9 business days to Melbourne, but sometimes they don't have in stock and I have exprienced to wait 1 months and they sent to me.

Some BDs on sale and pretty cheap than amazon, but not always.

Great news. They are expensive for new releases but it saves waiting four weeks for amazon. Have your movies always arrived in mint condition? And they don't send Canadian versions do they? I've been burnt before ordering American and recieving Canadian.

I'm not sure. I've never had amazon take four weeks though. I usually have it in two weeks at most (this is for the us, uk and german amazon sites).

Ordered heaps of CD, DVD and Blu-ray titles from them. There's the occasional issue like a cracked case or some such but they're OK and deal with it. Their customer service is OK too. As others have said, sometimes it takes a little bit to get an order but it's hard to complain if it's free shipping.

As for titles, you'll get what it says it is so no worries about Canadian titles. You just need to check the information on their product page to make sure you're ordering the right one as some times there may be multiple title entries, for example a movie might have 2 region A titles listed and closer examination of the specs will show one's a US release and one's an Asian release. All official, but you should check this before ordering.

I've picked up cheap Blu-rays from them before and have made orders for 72 items in the last 14 months. Their orders are supposed to arrive in 7-10 days but sometimes take a little longer. I would suggest contacting them after the 10 days but you'll most likely find it'll show up by the 12/13th day.

One important thing: When an item status says "ships within 7-10 days" that means they do not have it in stock but their supplier does and they get it from them. It should normally ship within that time frame and until it does your order will show with a status of "backorder". It clearly says that in their site FAQ but I can't tell you how many times I've seen people complain about how their item hasn't shipped and yet they were told it was in stock when they ordered it but it now says back-ordered! Just something to keep in mind.

They used to be owned by Stomp Entertainment. Stomp went into administration and they were bought out by Surrealus. They own all the Blockbuster and Video Ezy stores as well as EzyDVD. They are based out of Victoria. Your items ship from various locations though depending on what you are buying. The have warehouses in Australia, Hong Kong and the US (based on the packages I have received).
