Default USB Flash Drive recommendations

OK, found out to play my BD Live I need a USB Flash Drive and was wondering what is the best size? I'm also wondering if I format it to Fat32 on my computer or will the player format the drive for me?

I have a 2GB drive in my Sony BDP-S350 and it works great. According to what I have read, it is a bit of overkill but it was the only one I had laying around not being used so it had to do! I think most people are using a 512MB or 1GB size drive. I have Mac equipment which I had reformatted the drive for, but it has not caused any problems for the past year & a half or so I have been using it.

Thanks DM. I actually picked up a 4GB for my 360 and 16GB for the BD player. A bit of overkill, but better safe than sorry. Haven't played around with the BD Live stuff yet, but the 360 FD is working great so far(knock on wood).
