i hope someone gets this message across to shemaroo.. i dont want them to stop manufacturing on the whole thinking they have 0 sales.. they need to know why their sales are low.. they have rights to many good titles.. so before they destroy those with these watermarks i really hope they get the message

Shame-aroo Guys are a bunch of Losers. They are trying to challenge the I.Q. of viewers. IDIOTS. Keep on releasing titles with Watermark present & losing valuable customers like us..ha..ha..More is always not better.

Shame-aroo try to release 1 title without watermarks & compare the Sales Figures. IDIOTS.

I bought( No rented) ,watched and loved the PQ and AQ.You say NO Sale.Hehehehehe.

Where is the white paper as claimed by you in some other forum?
Whats the status of complaint to BluRay Association ?

The fact is there is no such white or red paper for not using watermark.

And another fact is watermark prevent others to use your best quality video.

Like this Delhi based video publisher using Hollywood Blurays to get his bluray authored by this so called best bollywood authoring company. They just rip the video from the Hollywood Blurays and reauthor for this Delhi based company and claim as if it was encoded by them.

The publisher saves cost of master, cost of encoding, cost of authoring and cost of importing the masters by using existing video and audio.

Atleast if Shemaroo using his watermark then no one in future can use their video .And Shemaroo has every right to protect their HQ assets.

I do not know where n when you started watching BD, one thing i definitely know is that your knowledge about BD is nil.

Before making any invalid comments make sure you do your homework n watch some good Hollywood BD's, you will know what people like Sanjay are talking about.

Adding watermark to BD's do not mean that they are holding on to their rights, there are a whole lot different aspects to it.

It is sad that people like you are buying these movies on BD and help these companies manufacture more of these watermark BD's.

Yeah... this guy comes in here making no sense and just stirring up random trouble. I think we all agree that Shemaroo is the worst with the watermark thing. It's not even small or modest. It's the ugliest logo EVER and it's just sitting there begging you to look at it throughout the film.

Definite skip for me too.

I like how you can sing your own praises. You attitude is rather challenging!! Well, i tell you what, you can author your best quality video (with watermark) and watch it yourself!!! We WONT buy it and wont succumb to your watermark policy. WATERMARK = NO SALE, We will stand by that

We have had the watermark discussion over many threads now and this is getting boring!!!!!

Shemaroo, wake up and listen,
You need more than watermarks to survive in the Blu Ray Industry and that is OUR MONEY. But you not going to get it if there are watermarks on your blu rays. As simple as that.

You simply have no idea what you are talking about...

couldn't resist replying since this is becoming ridiculous with Shemaroo continuing this watermark thing and top of that few members supporting their atrocious act....

Dear sir, whether u r a representative of shemaroo or not, it doesnt matter because at the grass root level, the cause of the argument is that you do not know the meaning of 'best quality video'. You simply do not understand the meaning of the term 'movie watching experience'. how do u really 'live' a movie ? when u watch it first time in theatre how does it not bother you that if there was a watermark on the theatrical screen, the experience woudnt be the same? if you really cannot have ability think on these lines, u simply dont even qualify to even enter this blog... of course its a democracy and everyone has right to speak...but please for god's sake there is a difference between speaking for the sake of speaking and speaking when u really mean it, which in this case u dont. ..actually the saddest part is u r not even aware that u dont mean it... which is why i feel pity and called u 'Sir'. U really need primary education.

Look!
Just think easy, guys!
Which company has UGLY WATERMARK in this world?
Some Indian companys have that.
From major Hollywood company, even small Asian company don't use such dirty policy.
I'd like to say them "Why do you make it?"
Disgusting!
