Just had to rave about getting Guitar Hero 3 for my PS3 for $62.00 today on ebay! I love all these amazing deals, and now im out of money, just had to tell everyone if your looking for it, look at ebay, and keep trying, you can get a really really good deal!

thanks! good to know... ive been looking everywhere around here (toronto) and its sold out everywhere. Think im gonna wait till after christmas before i go and buy it myself though... its hopefully under that tree!!

My wammy bar broke a couple of days ago

the spring is easily broken when the guitar is faced down, it happened to my GTII Guitar

I'd like to buy this game but I have to want to like the songs on it and all I like that I've heard is on there is Siva by Smashing Pumpkins. Or is it Cherub Rock, both great songs.

it's cherub rock.

seriously, game has a great soundtrack. a quick google/wiki search will give you the tracklisting (70 + downloadables). far less duds than the previous games. very hard rock and metal-oriented. also notably more difficult.

word of warning though, activision kind of screwed with the game, either the result of the ps3 les paul being less responsive (dongle) than the old 'SG from red octane, or the result of having to rebuild the game from the ground up.

point is, if you were godlike on GH2, be prepared to be frustrated when you play flawlessly and it doesn't register.
