Blu-Ray not playing some movies - Blu-ray Forum

I just bought a brand new laptop with a blu-ray player with a CrystalBrite LCD screen and a nVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS graphics card, it will only play some movies, two of the movies that it wont play are Spiderman 3 and Pirates of the Caribbean 3

can anyone help me with this problem?

laptops are finicky, belive it or not you might have to update the drivers from laptop factory website.

Correct. There might be some updates you need to do - especially firmware on the drive itself.
