This review claims its "B"-Locked. Take from that what you will though, I've personally found Euro-centric review sites to sometimes be a little less than thorough when reporting region information. I think a lot of the times sites just report whats printed on the back of the cover. DVD-Forum for example lists "Assassination of a High School President" as being "B"-Locked but the database here correctly lists it as "A,B".
