Indeedy. I also find it a bit frightening - I watched Armageddon last night for the first time ever ( I know....old film ! ). The scary thing is, someday either a huge solar flare or a meteor of some sort is going to get us big time.

The visuals reminded me more of "Sunshine." But talking about this solar apocalypse stuff reminds me of "Knowing." Too much sun or too little, it's disasterous either way.
