United Kingdom Region Free UK Dr. Strangelove?

Is this title region free? Done a little checking and can't seem to see it on the popular region lists. Is Sony usually region free?

looking at the list of all Sony UK releases, it appears that only about 4% are locked so I'd say it is very likely region free.

Default Oop?

Has this gone out of print? It's no longer available at Amazon.

I kept meaning to pick it up, as the American is only in a Digibook, and I loathe the things as much as snapper cases and those ridiculous cardboard cases Warners used to put 2-disc sets in.

A few on-line retailers have it for under £7. But only HMV have a quick dispatch. I think after the boxset was released Kubrick's Blu's went OOP.

Before I order, can anyone confirm... Is the UK disc the same as the American?

The bonus features look the same, but the American disc lists "Split-Screen Interviews with Peter Sellars and George C Scott" on the back, according to a photo at Amazon, while the UK version doesn't list that on the back.

Both also seem to include new 5.1 and original mono.
